Imagine a symphony, a harmonious melody played out across generations. This melody represents the connection between my community, the Benimasi-Boadi people of Ghana, and our ancestral lands. But this symphony has been shattered by a chilling discord. Today, I stand before you, not as a victim, but as a conductor desperately seeking to restore the harmony – the harmony of Indigenous land rights in Ghana.

Our Victories
Challenging Human Rights Violations

This victory sends a strong message that defenders of indigenous land will not be silenced.
Seeking Justice through Appeal
Our legal team has filed an appeal with the Court of Appeal in Kumasi, challenging an unjust ruling that disregards the Benimasi-Boadi's customary land rights pursuant to Section II of Ghana’s Land Act 2020 (Act 1036).
